Mullumbimby Fitness offers professional One-on-One, Group Personal Training & Exercise Physiology services in a private gym in Mullumbimby.

With a strong focus on functional training and emphasis on muscular skeletal alignment, our Personal Trainers work closely together with the professional team of the Health Centre to help you achieve best results in the shortest amount of time.

One-on-One Personal Training sessions are scheduled by appointment. The initial appointment will always consist of an in-depth physical assessment and health check, the defining of goals and designing of a training schedule. All private sessions are heart-rate monitored to ensure 100% cardiovascular accuracy. This ensures maximum training results and safety at all times. Each session consists of a warm up, strength &/or cardio, an assisted stretch (PNF) and relaxation.

Mullum Fitness also offers a variety of Group Personal Training sessions such as PilatesĀ  and Functional Ashtanga classes.
