Pilates sessions at Mullum Fitness are limited to a maximum of 8 participants and give you the attention that is needed to have your exercise techniques and alignment 100%. If you attend a Pilates class in our private gym in Mullumbimby, you will experience a class that caters and is based on all Pilates original principles. All aspects of Pilates are covered in the small group classes with focus on correct technique and individual considerations. The incorporated Pilates principles are: Relaxation, Concentration, Alignment, Centering, Breathing, Co-ordination, Flowing movements and stamina.

Accessories used in our classes: Stott Pilates Stability Balls, Rollers, Magic Pilates Rings, Pilates suspension mats, Resistance bands, AbMats and weighted Pilates balls.

Each class and performed exercise will be monitored with particular attention to detail to ensure a safe and highly effective training routine. Inter-segmental action of the spine, deep core stabilization and scapula alignment are of utmost priority in our classes.

Pilates at Mullum Fitness offer clients a private and exclusive atmosphere where everyBODY is welcome. With Mullum Fitness being part of the Mullumbimby Integral Health Centre we work closely together with all other muscular skeletal health professionals of the clinic and can offer inter-related and longterm preventative health solutions.

Sessions are held at the Mullum Fitness Studio

Cost: $20 p/casual class – 5 visit passes $17.5 p/class & 10 visit passes $15 p/class for regular bookings!

Session times:

Mondays: 9-10 & 10-11am

Wednesday: 7.30-8.30am & 8.30-9.30am

Thursday: 7.30-8.30am & 9-10am

Friday: 8.30-9.30am

Saturdays: 8.30-9.30am, 9.35-10.35am
