In our 1/2 hr or 1 hr Personal Training sessions you can expect the sessions to be 100% tailored around your individual needs, goals, restrictions and ambitions. No matter what your goal, with our tailored One-On-One Personal Training we help you achieve it. Part of our Personal Training sessions is the monitoring of your heart rate throughout the whole session, this allows us to make your training intensity very accurate and measurable as well as preventing overtraining and injury.
We offer Personal Training services at our facilities in Dalley Street, at your home and/or nearest park within the Byron Bay Shire – the choice is yours!

Personal Training sessions are generally available Monday to Friday 6am to 7pm. We also offer One-On-One Pilates sessions on Saturdays with Anna Surrey.
