Welcome to the Mullumbimby Integral Health website. Mullumbimby Chiropractic, Mullumbimby Massage and Mullum Fitness have combined our services to offer a clinical approach when treating our clients. With all practitioners working together allows us to offer the most up to date theoretical knowledge to address both acute and underling issues.
The key to getting long lasting fast results lies in understanding how to combine Active and Passive Care. Active care is the rehabilitation exercises and training that you need to do to achieve your own health goals. Passive Care is the spinal adjustments and soft tissue work to allow your structure to perform the Active Care.
Mullumbimby Chiropractic incorporates traditional Chiropractic practices, with an emphasis on Sacro Occipital Technique (S.O.T), which restores function and balance to the sacroiliac joint at the bottom of the spine.
Mullumbimby Massage offers deep and soft tissue massage in conjunction with muscle release work. You are hereby guaranteed that results will be achieved with minimal treatments.
Mullumbimby Fitness offers one-on-one personal training, Clinical Pilates, small group Pilates sessions and Functional Ashtanga classes (maximum of 5 to 8 people per class) to assist with spinal rehabilitation, strength and ongoing maintenance. We also offer Exercise Physiology services to assist with exercise interventions for Chronic health conditions including musculoskeletal, cardiac and type 2 diabetes.
By combining Chiropractic treatments, Massage, Personal Training and Exercise Physiology we can ensure that you can perform at your optimum level in a minimal period of time.
A rehabilitation approach is always the best solution to most problems, particularly when regarding the lower back. The prescription of appropriate exercises will thereafter ensure ongoing back health.
